Each of our clients’ requests is carefully analyzed to identify the type of project best suited to their specific needs. During the first consultation we define the path to take, examine the data and produce, with the support of our internal and external consultants, the work plan.
It is essential for us to provide the customer with the possibility to constantly interact with the design team and follow the different production phases.

Preparation
The creation of testing equipment and systems begins with data processing and translation for production. Subsequently, the materials to be used for production are chosen.
Fixture Kit
The next design phase consists of drilling the fixture and handing the kit to the operator who manually constructs all the parts necessary for the mechanics to work.
Points of Contact
After defining and fabricating the necessary mechanical parts for the fixture kit equipment, the operator is responsible formanually inserting the contact points so that the customer can perform the relevant test.
Wiring
Finally,processing of the wiring data is performed by creating a form with the necessary documentation for the operator, who interprets it and completes the task.

In the consulting phase, we gather all the basic information to produce the acceptance tests, review the documentation provided, and, if necessary, request any implementations of the data. We then proceed with data processing to get a complete picture of the project and start production. All phases of the work are carefully organized and scheduled so that the operators can perform, independently and with the support of the project manager, any changes or improvements developed during the work. Finally, the operator tests the testing systems and probes through mechanical simulation to verify that the equipment is fully functional and performing.
