Our probes are testing equipment made in 4 standard sizes to cover the most popular testing areas in the industry, and characterized by extreme versatility and robustness.

The probe base is designed as a fixed structure that can be reused for different types of testing by simply interchanging the custom fixture kit for specific products.

This testing equipment is reliable and durable, requires no special maintenance, and is composed of a virtually indestructible structure, except for some commercial parts that may require replacement as a result of natural wear and tear.

Our probes are compatible with most common testing systems, thanks to the possibility of customizing the interface. Upon request, we design custom probes for the testing machines for which they are intended.

Our systems can be used in the laboratory as well as for small and medium production. They do not require a specific course for their use but a very simple procedure.

Manual probes

I manual probes are divided into four product series differentiated by size, which represent our flagship testing equipment.

They are versatile, robust, reliable, easy to use both in the laboratory and in production, and, most importantly, reusable due to the customized fixture.

In fact, this type of testing equipment is composed of two parts:

  • The receiver, the fixed base always available to the operator.
  • The fixture kit, the part customized for the product to be tested.

Manual probes differ from pneumatic ones due to the decisive role of the operator, who manually opens and closes the case, inserts the card, activates the side lever and carries out the tests and contacting.

Pneumatic probes

Pneumatic probes are testing equipment that fall into two categories based on size and allow partial operator automation.

This type of probe, also called bimanual, features two manual buttons to protect the safety of the operator, who opens the structure, inserts the product, closes the case and starts the test by pressing the buttons simultaneously.

Unlike manual probes, pneumatic ones require integration with a management card of the pneumatic system, or with the electronics of the customer’s testing system. These activities are managed independently by the customer.
