The company was born in 1968 from an insight of Antonio Scapino, thanks to his long experience in the field of testing systems at a historic company in the area.

Since the beginning of the activity we have maintained a close connection with the Piedmont region and a single location in Romano Canavese, which has allowed the original mechanical workshop to expand over time.

Over the years, the company has undergone numerous evolutions, while always maintaining a strong collaborative spirit and commitment to maintaining high quality standards, also thanks to collaboration with carefully selected external suppliers.

It’s time for the third generation, with Lucrezia and Filippo Scapino who carry on with pride and innovation the project and the family legacy of their grandfather.
A family history.
Scapino is an Italian company founded in 1968 thanks to the entrepreneurial intuition of Antonio Scapino, who started this project on his own after a long experience in a historical company in the Piedmont area in the field of testing systems.
The Scapino company is a family affair, now in its third generation with grandchildren Filippo and Lucrezia, who carry on a solid reality strongly connected with the territory, thanks to the historic headquarters in Romano Canavese.
Founded as a machine shop that produced every component of its products in-house, the company has gradually evolved. In order to grow and adapt to the needs of the market, we have transformed our corporate structure, collaborating with carefully selected external partners and suppliers. This approach allows us to still maintain the highest quality standard and ensure extremely fast production times. Our collaborators, sharing common values and goals, work together to find the most efficient solutions in the shortest possible time.
